Responsibilities*Provide customer service in the Office of Student Services
Greet guests, assist students in the office
Provide administrative support to the Program Managers and academic advising staff
Provide administrative support for the Student Affairs Program Directors and Clinical Placement Managers
Compile standard reports for clinical compliance and admission /progression.
Perform general clerical duties as assigned that require updating documents and spreadsheets, copying, filing, answering phones, etc.
Set up face-to-face and virtual meeting
