Administrative Assistant, Technology & Service Program
Location: Lehi
Status: Part-time
Hours: Days (Monday – Friday), Times (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Flexible schedule 20-25 hours a week.
Pay / Hourly: $14.52
SUMMARY
As the Administrative Assistant for the Director of Technology and Service Programs you will perform a wide variety of jobs and tasks including preparing complex documents and reports, providing support to faculty as assigned, assisting with tracking student data and outcomes and scheduling and providing meeting support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Aid the Director of Technology & Service Programs with varying jobs and tasks.
Preparing complex documents and reports
Assisting with special projects
Assist in calendar management for Director of Technology & Service Programs
Serve as a point of contact for the Director of Technology & Service Programs on all matters related, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature
Manage Instructor Evaluation summaries; manage links, gather results quarterly or as needed
Send Employer and Student Follow Up Surveys quarterly; gather results
Assist in Completion, Placement and licensure data collection including:
Assist in tracking Technology & Service Programs progress, attendance and academic Improvement Plans as needed
Assist in planning and holding Advisory Meetings
Assist with developing training when assigned to Director of Technology and Service Programs.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
