The Purpose of Your Role
The Administrative Assistant will support the marketing team on sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and social media. They will assist with executing the marketing strategy by conducting research, gathering data, content creation, event scheduling, and communication. The Administrative Assistant will help build brand awareness in the community.
Responsibilities:
Schedules effective communication strategies by projects as designated by Regional Program DirectorManages meeting minutes and organization of meeting minutes, follow through with take-away's and homework assignmentsDocument the creation of processes and tasks relating to onboarding new program directors in new locationsCommunicating new procedures and processes to managersProofreads documents, emails/memos as neededScreens and reply to emails or calls as neededCoordinates activities or logistics as it relates to the schedule for start-up facilitiesAssists and support the Regional Program Director and team with administrative and basic office duties
Required:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience and strong ability to work with Google Sheets and Google DocsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer softwareAccurate and efficient electronic data entryMust be punctual and maintain excellent attendanceOrganized, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independentlyMultitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skillsThrives in a changing work environment including inside, outside, and loud noise levelPhysical demands of the job include sitting at a desk or table for extended periods, bending, lifting, and walkingPass a full criminal background checkEligible to work in the USMust be willing to travel to other locations as neededHybrid work environment with willingness of flexibility on onsite availabilityMust be 21 years of age to be able to make company specific purchases as designated by DirectorPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in mental health highly desiredCollege degree in related discipline or at least 2-3 years in similar capacity of responsibilities
