BAE Systems is seeking a passionate and self-starting Program Manager II to execute production programs in our electronic warfare Radar Warning Receiver portfolio. Reporting to the ALR-56 Program Director in our Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area, headquartered in Nashua, NH. Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. This position is based out of Totowa, New Jersey and is a hybrid role. This role does demand consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform work onsite often due to the nature of this particular position. Work will be conducted on location at a three BAE Systems facilities; Greenlawn, NY, Nashua, NH and Totowa, NJ. Supplier and customer visits will be necessary as well.
Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes projects or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with life cycle management
Experience integrating scope, schedule and budget for the successful execution of the programs objectives
Working knowledge of defense contract types and the risk associated with each
Liaise with program and functional management to formulate objectives and agree on requirements
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Proven track record working with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program using Earned Value Management techniques
Significant electronic Warfare manufacturing background required, ALR-56 specific experience desired. Ability to monitor production to resolve issues and direct personnel towards maximum performance. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day.
Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks
Exhibit sound interpersonal and communication skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
Exercise discretion and independent judgement in the performance of PM duties
Ability to develop and execute a program schedule and subsequently track status against that schedule
Actively manage customer relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
Knowledge of AS9100 and AS90145
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Master s Degree (MBA preferred)
Cost account management
Six-sigma background preferred
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
