We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions to our clients, with a focus on safety, quality, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.Position Overview:The Administrative Assistant will facilitate the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.Some the duties include:Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessaryPerforms clerical duties including typing, filing and completion of simple formsOperates office machines including copiers, scanners, computers, and other standard equipmentCopies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other mattersSorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate departmentsMaintains filing systems as assignedRetrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when neededResponds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questionsMaintains office suppliesAccounts payable supportWeekly reports for managementOnboarding of new hires and coordination of drug/medical screeningPerforms other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailBasic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filingAbility to work independentlyQualifications include:High school diploma or equivalent requiredOne to three years of experience in an administrative/coordination roleAdditional Requirements:CTI is a Drug-Free Workplace - Must pass pre-hire drug screen.Must possess valid driver's license.Must be able to physically navigate construction sites.Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.CTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
