The role will include several daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, as well as special projects. Being able to multi-task, prioritize your day and be a professional communicator, both verbally and written, will be vital to the success of this position. Employee may not perform all the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties.Provide overall support to the Operations Manager, General Manager, and National Sales Manager.Perform lead mining using various database searches (Constructconnect, Dodge, etc.).Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system: enter leads from different sources; follow-up on incomplete tasks;request and retrieve applicable documents and other pertinent information required to setup a new project or lead; acknowledge and enter estimate requests.Manage marketing tasks, including social media postings, document layouts, website updates, promotional inventory, package preparation, outside sales funds tracking, and generating expense reports.Creation of Continuing Education certificates and online reporting to associations.Manage MS Teams/SharePoint.Perform general administrative tasks, including managing team calendars, answering incoming calls, scheduling meetings and events, preparing and publishing meeting minutes, preparing and publishing reports, and creating documents from outlines.Performs other duties as assigned.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATIONThe following generally describes the knowledge and ability required to enter the job and/or learned within a short period of time to successfully perform the assigned duties.Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, Sales or relevant fieldProficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and PowerPoint)Experience with CRM software and sales cycle fundamentals preferred.Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop preferred.Experience with Canva graphic design software preferred.Commercial construction and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe below statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
