Under the direction of the Contracts Manager, the Contract Specialist 2 is responsible for the preparation and review of contracts with a primary focus on assigned contract. * Reviews, drafts, and negotiates complex sales contracts such as software licensing agreements, master services agreements custom software agreements, and other ancillary documentation for business * Reviews, drafts, and negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements * Assists in the contract management and compliance of external vendor relations companywide * Serves as the main liaison with assigned contracting representatives * Works closely with the Renewal Team to ensure all renewal contracts are addressed. * Works closely with other teams throughout the company in coordinating contractual and technical commitments and providing contract guidance * Facilitates the contract documentation, approval and signature processes and ensures all contractual obligations are in adherence with company policies, regulatory requirements, and business strategy * Provides timely responses to internal and external inquiries * Identifies risk elements associated with specific contract terms and communicates risks for business decisions at the proper level * Participates in the formulation, development, implementation, and revision of contracting policies, procedures, and strategies for the unit, as appropriate * Collaborates with Proposals Team to review terms and conditions and contracts contemplated and/or signed during the procurement process. * Tracks contract progress for business development and analysis * Establishes, builds, and maintains customer relationships. Assists in completing client requested documentation as needed. * Guides, mentors, and provides functional supervision to Contracts Specialists * Additional duties and projects as assigned Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field and/or paralegal certificate * A minimum of 5 years' experience in the legal field or contracts administration and negotiations preferred * Experience with software products a plus * High attention to detail and strong reading comprehension skills * Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as a team member * Exceptional verbal and written legal communication, proofing and editing skills, and a demonstrated ability to recognize proper use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling * Enthusiasm for expanding knowledge and skills to meet the needs of a dynamic technology office * Excellent task management and organizational skills * Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat with the ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties, including the ability to work with electronic contract documentation * High ethical standards and positive attitude What we have to offer: * Outstanding compensation package * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401(k) matching * Paid Time Off * In office and remote work environments available * Perks in the office such as snacks, tap beer, and ping-pong * Th ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative team At ImageTrend, we celebrate diversity and strive to ensure a workplace where everyone feels a sense of inclusion.
