  What you will do:

  Provide overall clerical and administrative support for Executives. Maintain and develop travel itineraries, arrange travel plans, coordinate meetings, develop / organize meeting materials and presentations.

  Administrative Support

  Arrange, coordinate and support meetings that take place locally, virtually or in other locations

  Assist in the preparations for the Senior Management meetings and provide support for executives attending

  Manage Aftersales leadership and other leadership team member calendars

  Create and ensure that all presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials are well organized and professional

  Effective Communication

  Knowledgeable of all domestic and international HYG locations and personnel to accurately communicate appropriate information

  Diplomatic in handling sensitive, highly confidential material

  Office Management

  Prioritize and organize daily tasks, while initiating follow-up actions when needed

  Handle incoming calls, directing to the proper personnel or providing assistance personally

  Timely completion and professional execution of all projects, tasks, etc.

  Team Player

  Be an active agent of engagement and change through leadership and participation in various site and campus-wide projects

  Willingness to roll-up your sleeves to support all assigned project initiatives

  Other Duties

  May be required to provide assistance or assume direct responsibility for various projects and/or tasks including but not limited to: Preparation, coordination, consolidation of department budgets and/or forecasts; support of other executives and/or departments, presentations, research of information, and any other tasks required to best support the efficiency of the Company

  What you will need:

  Associates degree preferred and a minimum of 5-7 years of administrative experience

  Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required, Access and Visio desired)

  Strong Communication, Customer service skills and Office Management skills

  Manufacturing experience preferred

  Skills, Experience & Abilities

  Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and communicate effectively across the organization.

  Proficient with Microsoft Office application with Mastery Excel & PowerPoint skills

  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
