　　Overview

　　Provides general secretarial duties, typing, and telephone coverage, charge entry, Matrix entries (Payroll), assists in Medical Records and assists the staff with clerical support.

　　Responsibilities

　　Enters department charges.

　　Performs other general duties essential to the efficient operation of the department.

　　Types letters, memorandums, forms, reports and other related material. Provides record keeping, prepares invoices, requisitions, Matrix (payroll data).

　　Answers incoming calls; promptly provides information and refers callers/guests to appropriate party.

　　Assists in the maintenance of a safe environment and promotes efficiency of operations.

　　Qualifications

　　HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experienceStarting Pay

　　Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $17.88/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

　　Remote Work/Work from Home

　　This position is not eligible work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
