We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results-driven Administrative Assistant who operates with strong attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, and who is passionate about providing best-in-class administrative and project support to their assigned executive and team.
This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, and we are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This person must be a master at multitasking and anticipate the needs of their executive, keeping ten steps ahead. In this pivotal role, you will support the Executive Vice President of Marketing and her team.

As an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Marketing, you will develop your knowledge and understanding of both the business and the executive you support to play a critical role in enabling TransUnion's global Marketing success. This brand-new team is fast-paced, high performing, dynamic, and responsible for leading the development of our long-term global strategy.
The administrative assistant will develop a meaningful partnership with the team, and play an important role in assisting with multiple projects, collaborating with functional departments, and managing the execution of meetings with high priority and urgency. This person will utilize their creative problem-solving skills, effective decision-making, and project planning/management abilities to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
To be successful, you must be proactive and creative, understanding the business and needs of the team, your executive, and the company as a while. You will be challenged to think beyond the task at hand and work to tie the pieces together to deliver maximum results.
Specific Responsibilities:Anticipate and prepare a daily schedule of executive's meetings and prioritiesEnsure the most effective use of the executive's timeThis may include some off-hour requestsWork closely and effectively with the executiveKeeping the executive well informed of upcoming commitments and/or responsibilitiesProactively following up on Administrative/operational duties associated with the executive's area of responsibilityInitiate, establish and communicate department meetings on behalf of executiveFollow-through on meeting actionable items expeditiouslyPrepare, coordinate and schedule meetings for senior-level management and others within the organizationThis includes logistics for off-site conferences, customer/partner events, Town Halls, internal associate celebratory/appreciation events, and other tasks as neededCoordinate and schedule meetings with external companiesManage and arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans/itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings Process and complete executive's bi-monthly expense reports and reconciles corporate credit card accountsCoordinate food and beverage requests for executives, meetings, and/or eventsManage internal technology/programs (i.e. SharePoint sites, shared drives, etc.)Respond to daily inquiries and execute ad hoc requests and meeting logisticsBook travel, hotel accommodations, meeting room(s), and other meeting requirements for cross-functional teamsOrganize external/vendor meetings, interviews, events, etc.Collaborate and develop strong relationships within the Marketing- and U.S. Markets teams as well as the executive/administrative assistant communityTransUnion Job Title
