　　Administrative Assistant - ENI Labs

　　ENI Labsis a fast-growing Calibration Laboratory and Repair Shop located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

　　We are looking to add anAdministrative Assistantprofessional with excellent customer service experience to our team. Primary responsibility includes entering incoming products into our computer’s software. Additional responsibilities, will be customer service operations.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Receiving and Shipping equipment

　　Communicating with customers regarding their equipment

　　Quoting calibrations and repairs

　　Working with Technicians

　　Identifying customer problems and resolving

　　Filing occasionally

　　Learning new skills, procedures, and processes

　　May be asked to drive company vehicle occasionally

　　Additional duties may be added by management

　　Qualifications:

　　Willingness to learn all duties of the position

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel

　　High School Diploma

　　At least 2-3 years of customer service experience

　　Valid driver’s license with clean MVR

　　Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
