Job Overview:
We are seeking an internal candidate for the role of Administrative Assistant to manage and oversee the medical check-up data . This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are already familiar with our BFY MCU processes, systems, and organization of our extensive medical check-up dataset.
Key Task and Responsibilities:
Data Management: Responsible for the accurate and timely management of the medical check-up data, including data entry, review, and maintenance. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and adherence to MCU protocols and quality control measures.
Prepare data to be reviews by BFY doctor within a time frame, identify any inconsistencies, errors, or discrepancies. Collaborate with nurses and doctor to rectify issues promptly and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the MCU data.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data security standards in compliance with privacy regulations. Implement and maintain internal security protocols, access controls, and safeguards to protect employee MCU confidential information.
Work closely with healthcare providers, HR, IT departments, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration in managing the medical check-up Process. Resolve data-related queries, provide support, and ensure seamless information exchange.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Internal candidate with a strong understanding of BFY MCU processes & systems
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
Familiarity with medical terminology, data management principles, and privacy regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing a large dataset.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using data management software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal department and external partners.
