Description

　　A creative firm in West Hollywood is hiring a Jr Executive Assistant on a contract-to-hire basis. As the Jr Executive Assistant, you will work hybrid in the West Hollywood office and support the owner directly. Duties will include project management, scheduling and preparing for meetings, travel coordination, budgeting, assisting with marketing, and helping with social media. The Jr Executive Assistant must have intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. You will be required to perform data entry in Excel and basic formulas. This is a contract-to-hire position with rooms for growth throughout the company.

　　The ideal candidate will be degreed with 1-3 years of experience. You will be required to wear many hats and multi-task. Pay is based on experience, between $55-65k.

　　Requirements - Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

　　Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

　　At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

　　Proven ability to use the internet for research

　　navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
