Description
We are in the process of recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a short-term project in Horn Lake, Mississippi. In this role, you will be supporting our Talent Acquisition and HR team by assisting in mapping processes of the employee life cycle. Your main duties will include note-taking, data entry, and converting information into digital format. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the mapping process of the employee life cycle by writing notes on sticky notes for the team to use for Brown Paper Mapping.
• Convert the information from paper format into online digital format using software such as Vizio or Excel.
• Use your strong excel skills for org chart mapping to provide a linear chart.
• Listen attentively during meetings and discussions to capture all necessary information.
• Ensure that all notes and data entered are accurate and legible.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry is essential for this role, ensuring accurate and efficient input of information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is crucial, with the expectation of creating, editing, and formatting documents professionally. TalentMatch®
