We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Airway Heights, Washington. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, with a focus on administrative and customer service tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to customers and other dealers.

• Carry out data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain and update customer accounts and records.

• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues.

• Greet and assist in-person customers.

• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and office efficiency.

• Perform filing tasks and ensure the proper organization of office documents.

• Utilize the computer and phone system effectively to perform job duties.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally.

• Skilled in various basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.

• Experience in providing administrative support in an office setting.

• Ability to assist customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Proficiency in computer data entry and ability to maintain accurate records.
