Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in the real estate property/facilities management industry. Based in Honolulu, Hawaii, this role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for fulfilling various concierge services, including answering phones, assisting residents, setting up appointments, and communicating information to management. Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and assist residents with their inquiries or requests

• Schedule appointments for property tours

• Communicate essential information to the management team

• Conduct move-in orientations for new residents

• Manage guest parking and ensure adherence to parking regulations

• Handle deliveries, including dry cleaning, flowers, and medical prescriptions, and notify residents to retrieve them

• Manage the resident printer/scanner, fax, and copier

• Handle Lost Found items and arrange for donation after a specified period

• Manage elevator reservations and ensure efficient use

• Monitor parking in designated areas and enforce time restrictions

• Handle incident reporting, including noise/smoking complaints or reporting incidents involving residents

• Assist in tracking down packages and notify service team when their deliveries arrive

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and notify maintenance upon their arrival for services

• Patrol pool and amenity areas when issues are reported and address resident(s) as needed

• Assist in emergency service requests, monitor and reset annunciator

• Create flyers for resident events

• Audit residential parking log

• Monitor video footage and retrieve what is needed for subpoenas.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry

• Proficiency in Concierge Services and Check-In procedures

• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle Reservation Requests efficiently

• Experience in Report Generation and handling Deliveries in a timely manner

• Ability to coordinate with Third-Party Vendors for various services

• Proven experience in providing Administrative Assistance in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proficiency in using property management software and tools

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
