The Senior Sales Analyst is a critical role that provides data insights to our Customer Solutions team and works throughout the organization. This highly visible role is great for self-starting highly motivated individuals looking to make a difference by actionable insights that will drive bottom line improvement.Lead quarterly financial planning / forecasting activities with the sales teamsLead and support multiple margin enhancement processes, providing insights and driving actionSupport monthly business insights and scorecards, providing deep business insights on trendsUnderstand competitive landscape, providing insight on promotional / seasonal planning cyclesProvide key commodity market indexes, and insights to the impact to the businessReview / Recommend pricing strategies based on market analyticsOwn / Execute / Support sales reporting systems, including accuracy and KPI managementEnsure actionable measures are developed to support key initiativesSupport new product development process, including business case and performance trackingMonthly reconciliation / management of promotional accrualsSupport company initiatives and other special projects as neededQualifications

EducationBachelors (required)
Experience3 years: 7 years' experience in Finance or Analytical role. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to function at a high level within a team environment. Ability to work independently and with individuals from multiple disciplines and with varying levels of experience. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where change and growth are part of the culture Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills (proficiency in MS Access a plus). Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. (required)
