Robert Half's Client in Dedham is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their office.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Scheduling Meetings

Calendar Management

Database Management

Mailings

Supporting Office of CEO/President

Use of Salesforce, Canva, Zoom etc

Start date: ASAP

End date: TBD (could go permanent for the right candidate)

Hours: 9am-5pm

Location: ON-SITE in Dedham, MA

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls

• Strong customer service skills and experience

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Experience in managing email correspondence in a professional setting

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Experience in handling administrative duties such as filing, typing, and copying

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
