　　BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven person to join as Controlling Supervisor our Italian Technical Center in Orsenigo (CO).

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Conduct variance analysis of Actuals vs Budgets, ensuring consistency of accounting data vs budgeted activities, and providing such analysis to Management for timely corrective actions.

　　Support the managerial month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

　　Cost Control monitoring of Contracts and Job Orders.

　　Develop and implement optimized and efficient methods/tools for segment controlling and driving process improvements.

　　Support, monitor, and prepare documentation for the Company’s Investment Approval process

　　Education & Experiences

　　Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or equivalent culture;

　　10 years of experience in finance roles as Controller or Controlling Supervisor;

　　Experience with SAP;

　　Strong Excel skills;

　　Willing to take full accountability to drive results;

　　Ability to manage and lead a team;

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

　　Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills;

　　Availability to travel;

　　Fluent in English.
