　　Job Summary

　　Summary: Uses Concessions equipment to cook and prepare food for athletic events. When needed, directly supervises food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Prepares, cooks, and wraps food for service in Concessions.

　　Uses Concessions equipment (grills, fryers, flat tops, warmers, etc.) in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

　　Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.

　　Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.

　　Operates and cleans equipment in accordance with department procedures after each event.

　　Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy; maintains established food rotations in storage in order to minimize spoilage and waste.

　　Scheduled for earliest shifts in order to be prepped and ready for event day.

　　Advises management of purchasing requirements with a focus on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.
