　　Assist other employees with diverse projects

　　Answer telephone calls

　　Greet and instruct visitors

　　Organize word processors, files, and faxes Requirements

　　At least 3 years' of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

　　Sound written and verbal communication skills

　　Proven ability to use the internet for research

　　Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsMicrosoft Office experience desired

　　Proven knowledge of scheduling

　　Experience with calendar managements and scheduling appointments

　　Microsoft Outlook experience

　　Expertise in Microsoft Excel

　　Foundational knowledge in Administrative Assistance
