　　ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OSDJT):

　　Bowhead seeks a Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Test and Evaluation (JTE&E), Joint Program Office (JPO) supporting Joint/Joint Agency, Combatant Command, and Service joint tests and quick reaction tests.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manages the Task Management System (TMS).

　　Maintains the schedule and calendar of events.

　　Ensures the proper management of test knowledge and information.

　　Ensures compliance with travel orders and transportation instructions, processes travel orders and travel vouchers through the Defense Travel System.

　　Coordinates with OSD, and Service staffs in arranging for meetings and conferences with military and civilian officials.

　　Establishes and maintains files, serve as the focal point for most administrative requirements.

　　Qualifications

　　Five (5+) years’ of experience required.

　　Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required

　　Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point.

　　Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Demonstrated strong attention to detail.

　　Demonstrated skills in prioritization and multi-tasking.

　　Physical Demands:

　　Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

　　Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

　　Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

　　SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
