Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3. Overview:The client is looking for an Administrative Assistant 3 to perform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. This person will be reporting to the sponsor (EA to org VP) but would support 2 GMs within the team; role is very calendar heavy (2 calendars). There are about 74 people in the group total.With the day to day the candidate will be checking manager's calendar, checking mail, overseeing expenses, and providing support to their respective teams. The Administrative Assistant 3 will also be assisting with team meetings (All-hands/Huddles), team morale events, trainings, and any special projects assigned by the sponsor.Duties Include:
Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses
Coordinates meetings and events, and facility operations
Administrative Assistant 3 manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships
Provides general office support
Serves as the department/group contact
Completes special projects as assigned
Flexible with education/degree
5 years of administrative experience required, Executive Level preferred with experience supporting GM or higher-level managers
Experience managing multiple calendars in a high-volume environment
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong ability to keep information organized and confidential
Pleasant to work with, accommodating to the team, and processing requests quickly
Effectively communicating with the team - following up and providing updates
Ability to effectively collaborate with the team
Ability to be proactive - finding resolutions to issues
Ability to work independently - seeks out answers
Meeting deadlines
Quality of work
Strong ability with event planning is a plus
Program/project management experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
