About Direct Care Workers

　　Any applicant must have at least 3 months prior experience in home care/or similar personal care experience. Must pass competency test prior to working with clients in their home. Must pass a criminal background check. Hours of work will vary depending on client needs. All positions are part time. Personal Care Assistants will help clients with errands, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders ONLY, assisting with bath/shower, grooming, & prepping/cooking meals. Our agency requires all new hires to obtain a physical/1 or 2 step PPD before working in any clients home.
