The Dell Sales Team is a very collaborative and experienced team that plays core part in Intel's success in both driving revenue and fostering a close relationship with one of our biggest customers. We are looking for a motivated, high energy Administrative Assistant who is experienced, organized, and proactive to provide high quality administrative support to our Taipei team to help us launch all those great products from Dell.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, along with expertise in planning and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Strong calendar management, keen ability to shift priorities and deadlines, booking/managing domestic/international travel.Skills to assess the importance of a meeting, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties quickly and accurately.Demonstrates strong accuracy and attention to detail to manage phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs.Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools including Office, Teams, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems.Experience with sensitive documentation, maintain the utmost confidentiality for sensitive business matters, and correspondence.
Responsibilities include:
Assists in coordinating activities for the Taipei team and managers coordinating logistics for external/internal virtual/in-person events.Leading the organization of Dell in person events such as launch parties as well as internal teambuilding events.Coordinating prototype system shipments to and from Dell and their ODMsAdditional duties include managing tactical projects, general administrative duties such as order supplies, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced cross-cultural environment.Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree recommended.Organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.Understanding of Shopping Cart System.Event management and organizing skills, which would be an additional advantage.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
