The position will work for the Director of the Biddeford Regional Center of Technology and Facilities Director. School Description: The Center of Technology is a well established and well-respected two-year career and tech program. The instructor will provide theoretical and hands on learning opportunities based on the occupational standards of the industry. This program has a strong presence in our local area participating in many community projects. BRCOT is a reputable training institution offering a positive work environment.Brief Job Duties:The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Assist with scheduling of appointments and meetings
Greet incoming students and business vendors
Maintain compliance for student records, input student registration, discharge and demographics in our student information systems
Prepare student's quarterly grade reports
Manage district project documentation such as submittals, change orders, quote requests, purchase orders and close out documents
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, process purchase orders including accounts payable and receivables.
Maintain inventory records, documentation and ordering schedule
Provide administrative support to the Director of BRCOT and District Facility Director
Support payroll process as needed by verifying time, attendance, and entry
