　　What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:

　　• Answering inbound and making outbound calls to support the Parts Division

　　• Sending email correspondence to internal and external stakeholders

　　• Performing data entry into the database regarding warehouse inventory

　　• Validating data and running reports, including preparing and interpreting Excel spreadsheets

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have a High School diploma or GED

　　• Have at least 1 year of on-the-job experience or completion of an administrative vocational training program

　　• Possess strong skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

　　• Have alpha and numeric filing skills

　　• Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
