Description

　　Robert Half is searching for a results-oriented Administrative Assistant who is ready to make an immediate impact on a great team! In this role, you will perform various administrative, office support, and client support duties.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Fielding telephone calls

　　Receiving and directing visitors

　　Word processing, filing and faxing

　　Conference room scheduling and set up

　　Submittal of expense reports on a weekly basis

　　Calendar management

　　Support on diverse projects for other employees as needed

　　Requirements

　　1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant

　　Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access

　　Internet research skills

　　Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
