We are currently recruiting for an administrative opportunity at leading financial services firm. salary: $20 - $21 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Spearheading File maintenance for the officeClient database
Setting up new files
Ability to find information in paper and electronic formats Download statements (typically on a quarterly basis)
Continue moving forward on transition to all- electronic files
Ability to find specific client or participant information for meetings or requestsAccount information (quarterly statements and current values)
Navigating various websites
Finding paperwork to set-up accounts and help with troubleshooting
Gathering forms needed for sales presentations and helping prepare for presentationsLife insurance, disability income insurance and mutual fund sales
College funding plans
Initial paperwork to open a retirement plan
Contact with clients and the publicMostly answering the phone or through email communication
Initially answering basic questions, screening calls, taking messages and routing calls or concerns to the right person
After some basic training, handle questions by participants on 401k payouts and account issues
Working towards handling 401k participant distributionsSending forms to participants
Helping complete paperwork
Understanding the rules and regulations surrounding various types of distributions
Finalize the request and confirm the distribution has been done correctly
Evolving projects for the firmWebsite design and implementation
Skills
Microsoft Excel (1 year of experience is preferred)
Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is preferred)
Secretary - Admin Assist
Adobe (1 year of experience is preferred)
