　　Adhere to provisions as set forth in the Fair Debt Collection Practices ActProvide professional, courteous and efficient customer service over the phoneMonitor and contact customers with delinquent and overdraw accounts to achieve solution to bring the account currentConduct research and implement solutions on accountsBasic Qualifications Include:

　　High school diploma or equivalent requiredTwo-years banking experience preferredProficient in filing, data entry and researchHigh school level accounting and basic understanding of bank accounting transactionsIntermediate proficiency using Word, Excel, Access and OutlookBilingual preferredHours:
