Temporary Employment Opportunity - Administrative Assistant - $22.00/hr. - Linden, New Jersey

　　Monday through Friday

　　8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

　　30-minute lunch

　　Bilingual Spanish but not necessary

　　Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors. Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings. Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.

　　Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form . Dealing with queries on the phone and by email. Greeting visitors at reception. Managing, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.

　　Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities. Ordering and distributing office supplies. Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and coworkers. Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors and costs.
