About Administrative Assistant

  Description:

  Job Duties:

  • Negotiate and maintain legal documents with customers;

  • Manage contract process and performance;

  • Process expense reports from Sales;

  • Review and validate pricing and commissions for sales managers;

  • Support Sales in their participation in IFT and other conventions/programs/meetings;

  • Develop and maintain sales collateral materials;

  • Assist Sales with requests and information;

  • Supports team members/department as needed

  Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree - Open to all fields.

  0-3 years experience

  Microsoft Suite -Microsoft Excel, Word, proprietary system
