　　Job Summary:

　　The Registered Dietitian is responsible for providing optimal nutrition services as an integral part of the healthcare system and within the local community. The Registered Dietitian will also strive for continuous improvement of services and customer satisfaction, as well as professional growth.

　　This Per Diem role covers all work for the registered dietitian on weekends when there is no coverage, and when there is an overload in patient quantity.

　　Education/Training/Certification/Licensure:

　　B.S. or advanced degree with major studies in Foods and Nutrition or Dietetics.

　　RD or A.D.A. membership with eligibility for registration.

　　One (1) year clinical experience mandated.

　　The Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Center (with Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus Behavioral Health Services) constitutes a freestanding 100-bed acute care psychiatric facility which provides inpatient and intensive outpatient programs for adults and older adults diagnosed with psychiatric and dual disorders.
