Job Purpose and Impact
Under the responsibility of the Contract Desk Manager and within a team of 4 people, your main mission will be the administrative management of Purchasing and Sales contracts within the CASC EMEA (Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain) department.
Key Accountabilities
Entering contracts into SAP
Control and reconciliation of contracts with confirmations from brokers/clients/suppliers in collaboration with salespeople
Modification of pricing or delivery conditions in SAP at the request of salespeople or supply chain assistants
Update of the customer/supplier database
Participation in the implementation of new processes and/or tools
Qualifications
With a higher education BAC+2/3, you have proven experience in a similar position.
You have very good interpersonal skills to interact with different clients internally and externally.
You have confidence and know how to assert yourself.
You have a sense of organization.
Rigor and professional maturity are assets in this position.
You know how to take a step back and are proactive.
You are comfortable with IT tools (Office Pack, mainly Excel) and ideally you know SAP.
You are proficient in written and spoken English (daily exchanges).
