  Nous recherchons un administrateur

  Informatica ActiveVOS compétent et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe

  informatique dynamique. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de l'administration,

  de la maintenance et de l'optimisation de notre environnement Informatica

  ActiveVOS, garantissant une automatisation transparente des processus métier et

  une gestion efficace des flux de travail.

  Principales responsabilités :

  Administration d'Informatica ActiveVOS :

  Installer, configurer et maintenir la

  plateforme Informatica ActiveVOS.

  Surveiller les performances du système et

  résoudre les problèmes pour garantir une efficacité optimale du flux de

  travail.

  Mettre en œuvre et gérer les mesures de

  sécurité pour les composants ActiveVOS.

  Conception et optimisation du flux de travail :

  Collaborer avec les analystes commerciaux

  et les parties prenantes pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des flux de travail

  efficaces à l'aide d'Informatica ActiveVOS.

  Optimisez en permanence les flux de

  travail existants pour améliorer les performances et la fiabilité.

  Surveillance et maintenance du système :

  Établir et maintenir des outils de

  surveillance pour identifier et résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes

  potentiels du système.

  Effectuer les tâches de maintenance et

  les mises à jour de routine du système pour assurer la stabilité du système.

  Assistance et formation des utilisateurs :

  Fournir un support technique aux

  utilisateurs finaux et résoudre les requêtes liées au système.

  Organiser des sessions de formation pour

  les utilisateurs sur l'utilisation des fonctionnalités d'Informatica ActiveVOS.

  Documentation et rapports :

  Tenir à jour une documentation complète

  des configurations, des processus et des étapes de dépannage.

  Générez des rapports réguliers sur les

  performances et l'utilisation du système.

  Qualifications :

  Baccalauréat en informatique,

  technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.

  Expérience avérée en tant

  qu'administrateur Informatica ActiveVOS dans un environnement d'entreprise

  complexe.

  Solide compréhension de l'automatisation

  des processus métier et de la gestion des flux de travail.

  Maîtrise des langages de script pour les

  tâches d'automatisation.

  Excellentes compétences en résolution de

  problèmes et en communication.

  Compétences préférées :

  -Certification Informatica ActiveVOS.

  Expérience avec d'autres produits

  Informatica.

  Familiarité avec les processus du secteur

  de l'assurance.

  Job Title: Informatica ActiveVOS Administrator

  Position

  Overview:

  We are seeking a skilled and experienced Informatica ActiveVOS

  Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be

  responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our

  Informatica ActiveVOS environment, ensuring seamless business process

  automation and efficient workflow management.

  Key

  Responsibilities:

  Informatica ActiveVOS Administration:

  Install, configure, and maintain the Informatica ActiveVOS

  platform.

  Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure

  optimal workflow efficiency.

  Implement and manage security measures for ActiveVOS

  components.

  Workflow

  Design and Optimization:

  Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to design

  and implement efficient workflows using Informatica ActiveVOS.

  Continuously optimize existing workflows for improved

  performance and reliability.

  System

  Monitoring and Maintenance:

  Establish and maintain monitoring tools to proactively

  identify and address potential system issues.

  Perform routine system maintenance tasks and updates to ensure

  system stability.

  User Support

  and Training:

  Provide technical support to end-users and resolve

  system-related queries.

  Conduct training sessions for users on utilizing Informatica ActiveVOS

  functionalities.

  Documentation

  and Reporting:

  Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations,

  processes, and troubleshooting steps.

  Generate regular reports on system performance and usage.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology,

  or a related field.

  Proven experience as an Informatica ActiveVOS Administrator in

  a complex enterprise environment.

  Strong understanding of business process automation and

  workflow management.

  Proficiency in scripting languages for automation tasks.

  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  Preferred

  Skills:

  Informatica ActiveVOS certification.

  Experience with other Informatica products.

  Familiarity with insurance industry processes.
