Responsibilities
Facility / Infrastructure Maintenance
Performs specialized preventative and corrective maintenance on-site to critical facility components and/or systemsPerforms moderately difficult repairs, maintenance, installations and on-site inspections to critical facility systemsMonitors the Building Monitoring System (BMS) and resolves alarms for specialized issues requiring considerable judgement and implications to resolve; follows guidelines on standard procedures and makes recommendations for solutioningOperates and maintains plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systemsImplements energy efficiency measuresAssists team members on coordinating critical infrastructuresWorks on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions
Vendor Support
Coordinates and directs vendors on skilled tasks to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out per standards and requirements.Assists with the creation and submission of scripts for maintenance.Tracks and implements the work approval process for service providers for critical maintenance (including briefing at the start of work, control of work during the day workday/shift, final review of the work carried out).In cooperation with the vendors, changes/updates technical files for plants and equipment ensuring files and builds are up-to-date
Site Administration & Incident Support
Performs specialized site logs and data gathering for issuing of permits, such as Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOPs) and scriptsIdentifies Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) and makes recommendations for solutionsResponds to all on-site incidents, including failures, significant problems and delaysPerforms Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and make recommendations for solutionsSupports the on-site staff during incidentsDemonstrates and supports processes and procedures are followed and adhered to
Work Orders & Additional Projects
Completes skilled work requests and circuit installationsPerforms advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment (if necessary); supports auxiliary equipment and machines with problem solving and repairs to avoid/minimize downtimeMakes moderate changes to mechanical, electrical and specialized systems, as directedCarries out more complex infrastructure projectsSupports life cycle maintenance/end of life. infrastructure projects and critical replacementsMay recommend infrastructure projects
Collaboration
Collaborates with others to resolve difficult facility incidentsEffectively collaborates within the department; may mentor team members on skilled maintenance activitiesInforms stakeholders of inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels of critical parts and equipment, may support in coordinating processes for maintaining inventoryActs as a mentor to others in resolving incidents
Qualifications
Typically requires a high school diploma and proven years of equivalent work experienceRegional hazardous materials certification preferred

All'interno del nuovo sito Equinix di Settimo Milanese, l'addetto/a alla logistica si occuperà di garantire che la ricezione e la spedizione dei pacchi da parte dei clienti esterni e interni avvenga in modo corretto. Manterrà, inoltre, aggiornato l'inventario delle scorte e monitorerà gli ordini delle attrezzature.
Responsabilità:
Gestione e coordinamento delle attività di logistica per garantire un flusso efficiente delle merci.Monitoraggio degli inventari e gestione delle scorte.Coordinamento delle spedizioni e delle consegne.Collaborazione con fornitori esterni per garantire la conformità e l'efficienza.Risoluzione delle problematiche legate alla logistica in modo tempestivo ed efficace.
Requisiti:
Esperienza comprovata nel settore della logistica.Conoscenza approfondita delle pratiche di gestione degli inventari.Abilità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.Ottima capacità di problem-solvingEccellenti competenze comunicative e relazionali.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (Capacità di interagire con i clienti stranieri)
