This position is responsible for being part of the actuarial analysis of both existing and novel commercial integrated kidney care programs.

　　This role requires a candidate with a minimum of one year of pertinent actuarial experience, a permanent work authorization without the need for sponsorship, and a commitment to excellence. Please note that this position is not eligible for C2C arrangements, and brokering is not available.

　　As an Actuarial Analyst, you will play a key role in reviewing and modeling medical claims and membership data obtained from external partners. Your responsibilities will also include applying predictive models, researching healthcare industry trends, and developing executive-level presentations.

　　Key Responsibilities:**

　　Lead the actuarial analysis of existing and new commercial integrated kidney care programs.Review and model medical claims and membership data from external partners.Complete program financial and membership reconciliations, monitoring developing program experience.Analyze drivers of program performance and effectively communicate results to the leadership team and internal stakeholders.Apply actuarial underwriting principles to value-based contracting efforts, including baseline and trend calculations.Create internal performance benchmarks and contribute to actuarial process and capability development.What are the requirements?

　　Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of one (1) year of relevant actuarial experience in the healthcare industry.Proficiency in using tools such as SQL, JSON, and Microsoft products.Successful completion of 2 or more SOA examinations.Experience using Tableau is preferred but not required.This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home office.
