The opportunity
As an Activation and Productivity Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and stability of our business. Your responsibilities will encompass engaging agency leaders to drive active agent count, fostering the development of rookies into productive contributors, and strategically increasing our core producers.
Responsibilities
Develop and Conduct Activation Programs:
Design innovative programs tailored to activate diverse segments within our network.
Implement targeted strategies to enhance engagement, ensuring active participation across various segments.
Continuously analyze program effectiveness, seeking feedback for refinement and improvement.
Establish Cross-Departmental Collaboration for Learning and Development:
Facilitate collaboration among different departments to create a holistic learning environment for advisors.
Forge partnerships with training, marketing, and operations teams to integrate comprehensive development initiatives.
Implement a seamless flow of information and resources between departments to enhance the learning experience.
Coaching and Mentoring:
Provide personalized coaching sessions to advisors, focusing on their individual strengths and areas for improvement.
Establish mentorship programs to pair experienced advisors with newcomers, fostering a supportive learning culture.
Regularly assess and adjust coaching techniques based on individual and team performance metrics.
Performance Analysis and Feedback:
Implement systems for analyzing the performance of activation programs and learning initiatives.
Provide constructive feedback to advisors, guiding them on areas for improvement and recognizing achievements.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous program enhancement.
Innovative Learning Approaches:
Introduce creative and effective learning methods to keep our advisors engaged and motivated.
Explore workshops, and interactive sessions to diversify the learning experience.
Recognition Programs:
Develop and implement recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of advisors.
Establish a culture of appreciation to boost morale and motivation.
Regular Training Needs Assessment:
Conduct periodic assessments to identify evolving training needs among advisors.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address emerging challenges through targeted training initiatives.

What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree Graduate
Three years or more relevant experience in sales, business development and agency management preferably in a life insurance setting
Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job
Ability to execute programs and action plans
Proven leadership skills
High sense of business ethics and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
