About you and this role
Join our team as aImprovement Engineerat our site inDilovasi, Türkiye,and play a key role in enhancing our operations! Utilize your technical and organizational expertise to spearhead our plant-level continuous improvement program. Your efforts will focus on extracting maximum value from our assets while simultaneously advancing process safety and production efficiency. Take the lead in driving continuous improvement initiatives for the facility, and explore opportunities to contribute as a project manager or manufacturing representative in GPM-related roles.
Responsibilities
You will partner with the experts to develop and implement a Plant Specific Technology Plan that delivers positive year-over-year ROC (return on capital) and non-capital continuous improvement while meeting the plant level EH&S improvement goals.
You will promote process safety activities and act as a resource for relevant process safety concerns.
You will collaborate with plant operation and maintenance personnel to identify and track performance indicators to be used in identification of technology gaps and continuous improvement opportunities.
You will support the facility root cause investigation process by serving as a team member or facilitator for incidents related to process technology.
You will oversee the “next unplanned event” exercise for the plant and ensure potential solutions are captured in the appropriate prioritization system.
You will participate in the on-call program for plant immediate response and advising similar to other day support roles.
You will bet he subject matter expert in equipment failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations.
You will provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating whether equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions.
Additional Responsibilities
You will ensure repairs, repair techniques and equipment specific training are documented and made available.
You will provide equipment reliability and performance data to the technical resource networks for input into equipment purchasing requirements, evaluation of equipment performance, vendor performance, and modifications to MET.
You will support Industrial Hygiene and other EH&S work process activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum of 3 years experience within manufacturing.
Process control systems experience will be preferred.
English language is a must.
