We are looking for a collaborative, engaging, and driven Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) case manager who has their MHRT-C or is MHRT-C eligible. A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor or Employment Specialist, or Certified or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor will be considered with relevant experience.

　　This position also includes a $5000 sign-on bonus, $2500 paid upon 3 months of full-time employment, $2500 paid after 6 months of employment. This sign-on bonus applies to new hires.
