Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group is seeking an Acquisition Specialist IIto support the Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East manage their Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Essential Responsibilities/Functions:

  Develop and implement acquisition guidelines and strategies.

  Assist with the analysis of acquisition plans, procedures, and policies to mitigate risks and improve efficiencies in programs.

  Reviews results of procurement efforts and identifies where resources are needed.

  Execute and manage procurement requirements for NAVY ERP System.

  Compiles cost data to accurately estimate and define a financial budget.

  Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  Proficient using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  Proficient in navigating SharePoint-based applications.

  Detail oriented in various document preparation and analysis.

  Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  Required Experience:

  1-3 years of experience

  Possess experience with WAWF/EDA and has intermediate knowledge of invoicing procedures.

  Experience related to working as part of a team in the delivery of a product or service.

  Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:

  Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, or related field.

  Security Clearance Requirements:

  Active Secret Clearance

  Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  Have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

  Have the ability to sit for long periods of time.
