TEKsystems is currently hiring for a distribution company in Swedesboro, NJ for a dispatcher. This position will be supporting the transportation department with scheduling and routing deliveries. All applicants with warehouse and/or customer service experience are encouraged to apply. This position is a contract-to-hire and includes a full time work schedule, company benefits and room for growth with-in the organization.

　　Description:

　　Communicating all day to day updates pertinent to the shipping and receiving department.

　　Scheduling inbound receiving appointments via phone and email.

　　Processing inbound and outbound orders.

　　Learning and keeping up with all dispatcher SOP and responsibilities.

　　Communicating and interacting with all company and inbound drivers.

　　Verbally communicate with truck drivers all necessary information.

　　Proper tracking of arrival and departure times must be completed and accurate

　　Handling bills of lading for completed loads.

　　Qualifications:

　　Customer service experience

　　Warehouse or distribution experience preferred

　　Computer skills

　　Additional Details:

　　Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

　　Shift: 7am-3:30pm

　　OT available
