Robert Half Management Resources is offering an immediate Contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in the Tampa, Florida area. The role involves a hybrid work model with both on-site (3 days/week) and remote work (2 days/week). As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role represents an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in accounts receivable, relationship management, and B2B collections in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the processing of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Take charge of maintaining precise customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action based on account status

• Develop a robust collections process and guide the team in implementing it

• Collaborate with an offshore team to ensure seamless operations

• Efficiently navigate NetSuite ERP for efficient management of financial records

• Generate and analyze aging reports to track outstanding balances

• Leverage B2B collections experience to develop staff capabilities and maintain quality vendor relationships

• Help structure the team for optimal performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 7+ years in a B2B collections environment, some of which was as a manager.

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and accounts receivables processes / systems or portals.

• Demonstrated expertise in collections management and B2B collections.

• Solid understanding and experience with Cash Applications.

• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP system.

• Experience in preparing and interpreting AR Aging Reports.

• Strong Excel skills, including ability to manipulate large data sets and utilize VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience drafting SOPs and spearheading business process improvement within a B2B Collections environment preferred
