Description

　　Robert Half is partnered with a fast-growing organization in Fort Worth to immediately hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a contract to permanent basis. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for supporting the Company by ensuring accounts receivable processes are accurately and efficiently performed. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping the company on track, on time and on good terms with valued customers. The following activities are the responsibilities of the AR Specialist:

　　Manage Accounts Receivable inbox, to resolve customer and internal requests.

　　Perform daily cash management duties including posting of cash to the A/R sub-ledger, process credit cards and ensure credits are applied.

　　Review POs using the Invoice Pre-check Process to ensure accurate daily invoicing by end-of-day.

　　Set up and maintain customer accounts to ensure up-to-date billing and contact information

　　Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up-to-date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared

　　Monitor and collect A/R by contacting customers via email/telephone while maintaining current collection notes

　　Prepare analytics and ratio analyses relevant to A/R to provide a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing to Finance Team
