Accountant - Family Office.

Our client a Single-Family Office with 30+ professionals is adding to their Stamford, CT based team. The firm is known for taking care or their people: helping them to manage /grow their careers with internal opportunities and promotions.

Responsibilities:

Maintain general ledgers

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting package and ad-hoc reports

Reconcile bank and brokerage activity to account statements

Cash management

Review vendor invoices and credit card statements to identify any unusual activity and coordinate bill payments

Reconcile balance sheet accounts

Prepare budgets

Process payroll for approximately 5 staff

Compile documents for tax accountants

Manage office supplies and perform other administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements

Requirements:

Two plus years of related accounting experience. The BS in Accounting with top grades. Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or families is a plus
