We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Eagan, Minnesota. The role primarily involves managing customer applications, maintaining meticulous customer records, and addressing customer inquiries within the industry. In addition, the role includes monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit

• Address all customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary

• Ensure familiarity with Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Utilize CRM, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various tasks

• Carry out all accounting functions as required

• Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Handle all billing functions effectively

• Manage and record all cash activity and cash handling processes.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is crucial

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with CRM is a must-have

• Knowledge of Epic Software is essential

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• Competence in Accounting Functions is needed

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is a prerequisite

• Experience with Billing Functions is expected

• Ability to manage Cash Activity is important

• Experience in Cash Handling is a requirement
