Description

We are in search of a committed Accounts Receivable Specialist to be a part of our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing receivables, overseeing cash activity, and fostering robust relationships with both internal and external customers. This position provides a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Process receivables accurately and manage billing functions

• Collect payments and oversee B2B collections

• Rectify discrepancies in invoices and payments

• Ensure prompt collection of overdue accounts by using effective collection processes

• Use Excel for maintaining precise customer credit records

• Deliver exceptional customer service and establish strong partnerships with customers

• Develop strategies to optimize cash flow

• Manage cash with precision and efficiency.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions is necessary

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is essential

• Capability to manage Cash Activity is expected

• Prior experience in Cash Handling is a must

• Knowledge of Great Plains Accounting is desirable

• Proficiency in Great Plains Dynamics is beneficial

• Proficient in Excel is required

• Experience in Receivables processing is necessary

• Familiarity with Aged Receivables is essential

• B2B collections experience is expected

• Experience in Collections is a must

• Knowledge of Collection Processes is desirable

• Experience in Collecting Payments is beneficial

• Prior experience in Collection operations is necessary
