Description

　　Robert Half is trying to fill an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk position with an organization that offers a stimulating work environment among a team of experienced, motivated professionals. In this position, you will be required to manage all general administrative needs of the AR/Finance Department. You will work closely and report to the Accounting Manager.

　　Requirements

　　Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the successful Accounts Receivable candidate include:

　　Maintain daily cash postings

　　Posting reconciliations

　　batch posting reconciliations

　　Send invoices to customers

　　Respond to all charge backs in timely manner to ensure reduced adjustments of revenue

　　Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts

　　Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts

　　Responsible for direct and proactive communication/follow up with internal and external customers

　　5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

　　High School GED or higher. Some college preferred.

　　Intermediate MS Excel (Pivot Tables & VLookups), MS Word, and MS Outlook experience

　　Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting procedures

　　Experience dealing with foreign invoices

　　Must possess strong attention to detail and solid communication abilities.

　　Software/System Expertise (multiple preferred but not required):

　　Oracle, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, NetSuite, Timberline, Intacct, QuickBooks, Concur, Yardi, SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion, MAS 90, ADP, JD Edwards
