Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Towson, MD.Duties Include:

　　Accounts Receivable Specialist will maintain and update customer accounts and records

　　Monitor and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections; Work with clients to address and resolve payment discrepancies

　　Generate and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts

　　Participate in a monthly collections meeting to provide updates on outstanding invoices

　　Cash Receipts

　　Record and reconcile daily cash receipts in the accounting system; Process Credit Card Payments

　　As an AR Specialist, you will ensure accuracy in applying payments to the correct client accounts

　　Prepare and deposit checks, electronic payments, and other forms of cash received

　　To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

　　Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
