　　Candidates should ideally hold a degree in Construction Management,Construction Engineering with a Mechanical Emphasis or MechanicalEngineering or have equivalent experience in a project engineering role.Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing piping systems is a plus.

　　Ideal candidates should have the ability to:

　　- Create accurate/timely estimates

　　- Complete projects on time, within budget and meeting the qualitydemands of our clients

　　- Work independently, as well as with others, in a professional manner

　　- Be detail-oriented

　　- Proficiently navigates Microsoft Office products, especially word andexcel, with Bluebeam or Highlands experience being a plus.
